South of the cottages, a few miles off the main road, there's a pretty white farm house with a swath of field behind it. A colorful garden clings to the edges of the house. Off in the distance, a red barn punctuates the end of the property, with a few smaller structures dotting the space in between. In the center of the field, a large, proud tree stands, branches shifting in the breeze. You're likely to see someone sleeping beneath it.
The farmhouse is strictly off limits for anyone other than the residents and explicitly invited guests. Thermopolium employees may come and go during working hours, but are asked to stay in the kitchen and living area. The house boasts a large kitchen and living space, as well as bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor, ground floor, and basement. Many of the rooms aren't being used yet, left unfurnished for the time being. The rest of the house is sparsely decorated, but homey. The house is cleaned every day, kept more or less spotless - guests and residents are expected to keep it that way.
While you're on the property, you might as well take some time to enjoy the Horizons animal population. Enter the barn to find it full of friendly barn cats, or perhaps visit the chicken coop. In the stables, you'll either find a horse or a land dragon - both friendly enough!
Colorful foliage clings to the sides of the house, eventually wrapping around to the left and unfolding into a proper garden. It is about the size of a standard back yard, and has a pond in the center - there are even a few fish inside! If you can figure out what they eat, you can feel free to feed them, but don't fish them out, okay? And don't climb in...
Maybe just read a book or something?
Training Grounds
As long as Eren knows you and knows that you'll take your training seriously, the training grounds are free for friends to use. The ground has been stamped down and evened out for a proper sparring area, complete with a few target dummies and some other miscellaneous training equipment. Need a blade? Go knock on the door and ask Eren - he has a ton.
Tree & Fields
It's a perfect tree for napping under. The leaves dapple the ground beneath it with a lovely marriage between light and shadow. Breezes makes the leaves above your head rustle and shift in a soothing song. You're feeling sleepier. You could rest here forever...

A brown and white horse that belongs to Eren Jaeger. Elke is larger and more muscular than your typical mare. She is a specially bred Survey Corps horse. This means she is exceptionally patient and not easily spooked. She has a subdued but amicable personality. Also, she's a very good girl. You should feed her a carrot.
Patrasche is a land dragon and belonged to Subaru Natsuki. Eren has taken over her care. She has a bold and tenacious personality, is exceptionally loyal, and more than a bit sassy. She is the best girl in the whole world.
Watson is a clever cat that finds treats quicker than any other. He's a ruthless hunter of mice. He was named by Akechi Goro for his cunning. Watson recognizes his name, but does not come when called.
Frog is a lazy, fat orange and white cat who likes to steal cheese and then run away at high speeds. She is obsessed with Eren (fathor) and does not leave his side if he is nearby. She is not allowed outside, as denoted by a sign on the back door. She was a gift from and named by Kanoa.
Celine is a calico tressym belonging to Jean, complete with a fantastic set of matching wings. She likes to hover or sit in high spots. There are several perches made by Jean and Eren for her around the premises; she observes anyone passing through. She will tolerate head pats and snacks, but doesn't otherwise engage, and will leave if more are attempted. She is allowed outside and is a competent mouser. She was a fulfilled request from the crystal.
Isilme is a black and white baby goat, gifted to Eren by Saelfen. She has a stubborn and feisty personality, and seems only to care for Eren and Saelfen, headbutting anyone else who comes close. She's picky about food, but Eren goes out of his way to spoil her with good hay and greens. You might catch him bottle-feeding her in the barn.
Cats, chickens, or other small animals can be named by/claimed by guests of the farm. Please submit what type of animal your character is bonding with, along with a (linked) picture and brief description of personality + any other details. Also, if you want to assume/gift an animal that isn't a cat or a chicken, comment here and ask about it or hit me up privately.
